What to do, step by step
- Open WeChat and find Scan
At a shop accepting Weixin Pay, open WeChat and look for Scan (often under the top-right + menu).
- Scan the merchant’s QR code
Point the camera at the merchant’s payment code and wait for a confirmation or amount screen.
- Review the total and confirm
If asked, enter the amount. Check the merchant, card and total, then confirm payment within WeChat.
- Verify the payment result
Wait for a success notification or check your transaction history before paying again.
