What to do, step by step
- Open Alipay
At the cashier, unlock your phone and open the official Alipay app.
- Find your payment code
Look for “Pay”, “Pay/Collect”, or the payment code feature, depending on your app version.
- Let the cashier scan it
Hold your phone toward the cashier’s scanner. Confirm any prompts Alipay shows, and check the amount.
- Confirm payment success
Check that Alipay shows a successful payment or ask the cashier to confirm. If uncertain, check payment history before trying again.
