Stay in Alipay and read the card-linking error. It may relate to card eligibility, bank authentication or identity verification.
- Check your card and details
Confirm the card is supported, the requested name/details match, and any required identity steps were completed in Alipay.
- Ask the issuing bank
Your bank may block or decline card-linking verification. Check your bank’s official app or customer-service number.
- Use Alipay’s official support
Try Alipay’s in-app Help for the exact error. If needed, try another eligible card or use cash or another accepted payment method.
